They are very good. They were excellent. They were very good. I would bring my animal back again. I think it was about $250. We purchased a coupon because they offered a discount service. I think it could have been, with pills and all that other stuff, it might have been around $200.

They did a number of things for us the last time that we went there. They are good, thorough and pleasant to deal with. They are convenient to where we live so their location is good. It does not take too long to get an appointment with them and they are readily available but there is a wait when we went there last and they were kind of crowded.

I brought my small dog in for a checkup, vaccine boosters, and a minor injury. We also picked up a year's worth of heartworm meds. Dr. Bergeron recommended senior blood work for the dog (she's 9) in addition to regular "maintenance". She called back the next day (a Saturday) to explain the results to me in detail which I really appreciated. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. This was our first visit as we're new to the area; we'll continue to use them as our regular vet and will consider them if we need to board our dog.

The veterinarians are extremely knowledgeable and have provided useful information to us concerning the care of our dogs. We have been genuinely pleased with the service received from the North Shore Animal Hospital. Our dogs have been handled with great care and all the staff is very professional and respectful. We highly recommend their services!

We've used them regularly for the last 4 years. They are comprehensive. The quality of service received from the veterinarian is highly dependent about the veterinarian that sees our animal. There are veterinarians whom we are happy with and there is one veterinarian who we had a bad experience with. It is a large facility so they can make appointments across a large period of time so they are flexible.

They are across the street from where I work. The last appointment went very well. They are very compassionate and communicative. They are very good about explaining. Dr. Jean is my dog's vet and she is very good with dogs. My dog likes to go there and I will definitely continue to use them.
