Steve came over right as scheduled and with out spending too much time was able to pin point the
problem. He fixed the problem immediately enabling me to get back to work.

The project went well until I finished paying him. Then as I said above he hasnt come to finish the work

He started the job great and we developed a good working relationship, so I trusted him. I gave him final payment of $3900 and haven't seen him since. He did a nice job with the work he completed, he just needs to finish the rest of the work I paid him to do. He's given one excuse after another, but never follows through or shows when he says he will. He needs to come back and and install a new water heater (which he says he has already purchased), there are a couple of pieces missing in the cabinetry, put up a new valance, vent the bathroom exhaust fan, replace molding on a door way, reinstall smoke detectors, and regrout the bathroom tile. He promised to paint the inside of my garage too, but I'm not too concerned about that, I really just need him to complete the finish work.

He did excellent work, was very professional in the way he completed his work and in speaking with me. He showed up on time for the job, listened to what I wanted done and did it. I plan on having him back to do work in my basement. I am not sure on a fair grading for price due to the fact that I really did not comparison shop.
