When my wife and I started to consider adding a second floor to our small ranch house, we were warned by most people that we should expect the project to take longer and cost more than any builder quoted us. I am pleased to report that Bill Galloway and the people from WilMat completed the addition right on schedule and right on budget. Bill stood out from the other builders we interviewed right from the get-to. He was professional, responsive, and seemed truly interested in working with us. When we told him we were considering adding a second floor and then completely renovating the existing first floor, he explained to us that a modular second floor might be a good way to go because it would shorten the amount of time between when they first started removing the roof to the end of the project. We had never considered that previously, but ultimately decided to go that route. They began removing the roof in September and the entire house was finished before Christmas. We decided to stay in the house throughout the renovation. We didn't realize at first how much we would be in their way while they built, but Bill and his crew worked around our lives. This could not have been easy for them, but they were never anything than extremely friendly with us. Throughout the build, there were a number of "little things" that impressed us: -they were much cleaner than I expected. They swept up and put everything away at the end of every day. -they were constantly able to offer suggestions and options when my wife and I didn't know what to do. From the heating unit built in to the bathroom vent fan to the Advantium oven, to the brand of closet organizer that would be the best combination of high quality, easy to install, and affordable, Bill seemed to have encountered every choice previously and could always come up with a list of options for us. -Bill seems to know all the best suppliers in the area. The place he sent us for hardwood floors had better quality, a larger selection, and better prices than Lumber Liquidators. The place he had us pick out our granite counter tops was a joy to work with. We ended up with exactly the house we wanted and the project was as painless as I could have imagined. WilMat has been terrific to deal with and has delivered exactly what they promised. I have recommended them to friends and family and would recommend them without reservation to anybody considering them.

We had a new bathroom put in. Bill Galloway was very helpful in giving information and guidance to what would be the best materials to use on the project. They always cleaned up at the end of each day. I would recommend the Wilmat Company services for any home project

We started the project not sure exactly what we wanted to do and Bill (Galloway, the company head) was very helpful in giving us information and guidance. We finally decided to replace a door that had led onto a deck, remove the deck and put windows in next to the new door. Bill and his team were consistently reliable, prompt, clean, quiet and respectful. His bid was lower than most if not all of the others we interviewed and we were more confident in his skills than any of the others. He is a retired engineer and this is clear in his professionalism and understanding of the intricacies of a project. While we had him he also consulted on a leakage problem we had, figured out the source and efficiently and cost effectively fixed it. We were so pleased with his work that we had him back to put windows in our attic and again he was a pleasure to have do the work. We would unequivocally recommend him.

Prices were very reasonable. Completed job when they said they would. Picked up their mess when finished. I would recommend them to anyone and would use their services in the future.

Work done well. Showed up on time, and finished on time. Cleaned up also. No problems at all !!!
