Russ does a great job ..He had to fix someone else's hack job .He replaced all the lives behind the shower wall .He also installed my sink and faucet .You call him he is the one that comes.

That he disconnected for me ....The new system including baseboards all the piping and the boiler .He also installed the baseboard in my basement..He also installed a new gas fired water heater . Mr. Raby and his accociates were all consummate professionals from the start of the job to the finish. They helped select a properly sized system, completed the installation quickly and efficiently, removed the old tank heater and left the work area cleaner than they found it. Based on some on-line estimates I found, their price was very competitive. Overall, this was a very good experience. I would not hesitate to contact them again for any future heating or plumbing needs that might arise.

I needed to have some gas fitting work done. Not a big job, but one that needed the expertise of a licensed gas fitter. Russ Raby responded to my online request before I even had a chance to log off, and came over the next day to view the job and give me an estimate. I found Russ to be prompt, professional, and willing to work within my limited budget to get the job done in a timely manner. He even offered to try and fit my project in between two other previously scheduled jobs that he had booked -- and when he couldn't, he actually called me with an update. How rare is that? I wouldn't hesitate to use/recommend Raby Plumbing.

wen't on line at 5 am for help raby called himself at 530 am got the information and told me he would try to get there today and he did he fixed my problem and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need or want and at the end of the day I was able to take hot showers he was well mannerd and profesional and I'm still taking hot showers any plumbing needs I have in the future i will contact raby directly but still thank you homeadvisor for a job well done yourself, once again thankyou and to you all reading this call with confidence
