Last year we paid them twice to repair our gutters, and we still noticed issues lately, so we had them come out again and supposedly they fixed the problems and still charged us. We are still have all the problems.

Job went well. Quote came quickly after we contacted them. Decided to hire the company on Monday 4th May and faxed them the signed agreement. They called later in the day to let me know that my job had been scheduled for the next day! A team of two turned up at 8.00 am and the job was completed by 1.00pm. Both members of the team were polite and professional. The new gutters and down spouts look superb. The team tidied up after themselves and removed all old gutters etc. None of my plants were damaged. I would recommend this company.

Carpenter removed entire fascia boards and any lot elsewhere. They did a great job. Installation of gutters went great, very professional crew. Ran out of product and needed to come back to finish two areas.

Caller for estimate. They showed up on a Thursday. Gutters were installed on a Monday. They did an excellent job and left the area spotless.

They were okay, great and I had no problems. The price was great and the quality was fine, but they left a couple of things.

They offered me a guaranteed written estimate. The price would not exceed the written estimate. It would be low depending on if anything was saved. They showed up on time. They had a crew of 4 or 5. The salesperson would come by to confirm that the work was being done to my satisfaction. They finished on time and removed all debris and materials. They did a great job. It has been a couple of months, and the gutters have held up fabulously. If I need them anytime again in the future, I would use them.

They were great. Professional and efficient.

Simple and easy. Called up New England Gutter Kings and they went over to my home and gave and estimate for my gutter needs (no need for my to be their) and they left a folder with the gutter options and estimate at my house. Decided just to add the 25ft. of gutter I needed at the third level of my home and a downspout from the third to the second level gutter. Was a very small job and I was surprised that such a big company took on my project but was very happy with the work and professionalism of company. After reviewing the folder of gutter options and such I mailed them a check for a 1/3 of the quote and they called me to schedule the project. Again I wasn't home the day of the work and I left them a check for the remainder of the gutter work, they also allow you to mail in the remaining balance as well. Pretty simple and pain free, as I didn't have to be home for estimates or work being performed.

I stayed outside with them, they came with 4 people, sometimes they just send 1 person and it takes a long time, and you have to go around the house. But since they had 4 people, I didn’t have a problem. I don’t go up on the roof myself, once in a while I get my nephew to do it, but he doesn’t care to do it. We prefer to have people that are insured, that was the main reason I joined Angies List. Once I had people doing some yard work and they would go up and do the roof, then my brother asked me if these people are insured, they were not insured, so they can sue us. That’s why we get people who are insured. My overall experience was good. They came on time. They gave me the price I expected and I think they quoted me before they came. I didn’t think their price was high because I always pay that much. I would rate them highly across the board. I would use them again in the future

We had no interaction with them, but they did a fine job. I was happy with the overall experience, but they left a little debris behind.

No negatives. The estimators were prompt and courteous as were the office staff. The workers were prompt, courteous, pleasant and helpful. I feel they went above and beyond what I expected and I can't say enough about the quality of the work. I will definitely use them again when I insulate my attic in the spring.

I would recommend them to friends and family. I will use them again in the future.

Their field workers are good, but their office staff is not as good. I got a quote for more expensive covers, and I sent an email message asking about a less expensive option. But I never received a response to my message. Perhaps the person never received it? After 2 weeks I called and someone else was able to provide a different quote that afternoon. I asked that person to have someone call to let me know when the installation was scheduled. Never got the promised call. I was surprised when the workers showed up the same week. But they did not have the right part because the original person did not give them the correct dimensions of 1 of the gutters, so they had to come back a second time. Again I asked for a call. This time I think I saw the incoming call, but I was on the other line, and could not answer it. But they did not leave a voice mail message for me. Again I was surprised when workers showed up the following day.

We needed our gutters cleaned inspected in preparation for the winter. The call was answered promptly and I was provided a detailed scope of work and the price. A representative from the NE Gutter Kings called to reschedule the appointment due to the weather. They showed up on time on the day of the job and worked quickly. They were polite and courteous. I'm very happy with work and with the overall experience.

Returned call promptly. Gave quote over phone. Estimated work to be done within 10 days. Actual work done within 7 days. Very happy with the results and the process itself.

When calling for an appt they don't schedule appointments, they just say they will be out within the week and will call the day before. Well since we don't have an outdoor water spigot (needed for good gutter cleaning) that was problamatic. We needed to be there for the cleaning. They did call back a couple hours later and said they could be there early the next morning. On the phone i specified more than once it was the front gutter and downspout that needed cleaning. The two guys showed at 9am and were pleasant enough. 'completed' the work quickly until i asked them if they had done the front gutter, they hadn't (the whole reason for them coming out) only the side gutter. They did go back up and clean the front gutter. Not a bad experience but not a good one either. the lack fo being able to make an appointment is a significant downside for us. doesn't seem there is much communication between the office and field crew as to what needs to be done either. or the guys didn't listen. i was glad I was there to get the job done as requested. The price was good.

The service was fine. They cleaned up. They called right back. I would use them again.

I received a follow up email to my request and a telephone call - which I missed. I called back the next day, as requested. I explained the job to them over the phone. Gave them the foundation size of my house, explained where the gutters were. They gave me an estimate which was comparable to other companies. They indicated the work would be done with 7 - 10 days. Four days later, I received a confirmation call the work would be completed the next day. The company showed up, did the work and left a report on the health of my gutters. I experienced a small problem, called to find out if they would correct. I was told, absolutely, and I would receive a phone call that day - and I did. We discussed the problem, they assured me it would be taken care of and within 3 days they were back at my house - problem corrected. In this day and age, when a company does exactly what they say they will, is professional and courteous and corrects any issues that may arise are pretty rare and wonderful. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Very well - the staff was ontime and professional. They worked quickly and had the job done within 1/2 hour.

I have submitted an unfavorable report on 12/5 because I have been waiting for their calls for more than a month. I got a call from them the next day (12/6) saying they are extremely busy lately. They had difficulties schedule around the days I requested (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays). But they made an appointment to come out today. Two people showed up, and they did an excellent job! So I'm reverse my report, and gave them A .

After purchasing the BD, I did update my personal information on my profile. The company contacted me and told me they received a notice that I purchased a BD. They also told me I didn't need to be home for the job to be completed. Never confirmed my address during this conversation over e-mail. Low and behold, they went to the wrong house. (I have 2 homes that are 1/2 mile apart). When I confronted them about this, they said they did the job per requested and they per the address they were given. It would be my understanding that you confirm all information before starting any project or job. They have not been willing to correct this issue, but rather I have now paid another $99 to get the gutters cleaned at the location that should have been done initially. I am not happy with this company.

Chris the salesman (estimator) came down to the house at the agreed upon time and moved appropriately through the estimation process while responding to any questions or comments I had along the way. He was knowledgeble and thoughtful. The work was done very much to my satisfaction on the day and time we agreed upon and when the crew left you wouldn't of known they were there accept for the great gutters and downspouts that are now installed on the back of our house!

I liked the fact that they came and did the job promptly and professionally. They did a good job. The problem that I had with them was they missing my house number. They knocked at my neighbour’s door accidentally. It was a minor hick up but I wasn’t home so they could have done the work at a wrong address. Other than that little glitch they did a good job.

I have used them before in the past, but yesterday was particularly great. They hire very nice and polite workers. The ones who came yesterday were especially great. They came prepared and did the work in no time at all. They also cleaned up very well after themselves. It was like they had never even been there. Overall I was very impressed with them.

Two gentlemen from NE Gutter Kings arrived and proceeded to quickly setup ladders to access the roof. Utilizing hoses connected to the house outdoor faucets, they proceeded to quickly clean out the gutters and flush out clogs in the downspouts. One of our downspouts was a little troublesome, but they were able to clear the blockage eventually. Finally they bagged up the debris that had been blasted out of the gutters, and left it behind in a large trash back for pickup by our trash pickup service. They also left an inspection form that described what shape our gutters were in (which were all good). A very quick and efficient operation.
