I hired this company. They did a very good job, but I requested a paper receipt for tax purposes they have failed. my request was on the 24 of feb and I am still waiting. I have sent them two e-mails about this and I was reassured I would get it, I am still waiting. I think anything over two weeks is a bit too long. thanks.

He inspected the whole house including the attic and underneath since we have a raised foundation. He found only a small amount of mildew under the kitchen sink. He gave me recommendations on how to treat it and left. Didn't charge me at all since I didn't need to use his service.

The person, Anatoli, was non pressure, professional and personable. He explained what the company was about and the procedures he would be taking step by step. All of my questions were answered. For example: Would I need to remove any dishes and/or food. How much time will the results take. Just to name a few. The test did not take long, he was on time, good people communication skills.
