I have a two-story single family house. Last year, Druziako HVAC replaced my first floor AC with a Carrier heat pump. I quoted 5 companies, and Druziako was honest and gave me best pricing. The heat pump worked great in summer and winter. This year I hired them again to replace my 2nd floor AC. The whole team are friendly, helpful, and very patient. Installation went smoothly and quickly. I cannot be happier with the pricing and quality of the work. I will recommend them without any doubt. Thank you very much!

The owner came highly recommended, he came out to provide a quote, seemed friendly, knowledge. He let us know he treats ALL his customers like family. The workers came in did their thing, all very nice, respectful & worked as a team rather quickly. It wasn’t until we had an issue between what was done and what was written in the contract. The job was incomplete and we addressed our concerns. We didn’t hear back right away and in fear we wouldn’t get a response we stopped payment on the 2nd check to ensure my contract was going to be fulfilled. The owner called at that point upon learning the check was stopped to complain we stopped payment on the 2nd check on something “so small” He couldn’t seem to understand why we did that, and made us feel as if this shouldn’t have been a big deal and we shouldn’t have stopped payment on the check. Well I’m sorry but $15K isn’t small to us and we have a legal contract in place stating everything that needed to be done and it wasn’t. I did feel stopping payment was the right thing to do because had we NOT done that I truthfully do not think we would have heard back from him. A worker was sent out to fix the problem but after being asked numerous times when we would be paying the final portion. It wasn’t until we needed to finally turn on our brand new A/C unit that we discovered yet another problem, it didn’t even work. The temp upstairs was very uncomfortable and we couldn’t sleep at which point I called the number on my thermostat because I was told that’s the number to use whenever we have a problem. I called the number and it went directly to the owner. He wasn’t pleased that I was calling at the hour, what did I want him to do about it and he would call us the next day- CLICK!! Next day came 10:45am and still NO call. I guess this wasn’t a concern for this owner. I called him and asked why haven’t I heard from him, we discussed what took place during the initial install, I expressed my frustration AGAIN as a customer. He honestly could have cared less, not sympathetic at all. He told me he would see about getting someone out to look at it and would call me back. Noon time still no word, decided to take a walk with my son and 5 min into the walk I get a call from the service man that he will be at my house in 10 minutes.... my son was extremely upset he couldn’t finish his walk, he is autistic & doesn’t handle a change in his plan/routine very well- I called the owner and it went to voicemail. He called me back about 5 minutes later to ask me why I was calling. I asked him why he didn’t call me back to let me know his service man was coming at 12:30. He asked me what I wanted him to do about it because the service man was already there. I explained that wasn’t my point and that I’m upset because HE didn’t call me back to let me know he has someone that can come out at 12:30 and to ask me if that would be okay. I wouldn’t have taken my son out for a walk and I could have avoided him getting upset. He told me he didn’t understand my issue which at that point I got extremely upset, I told him I was upset, and that he clearly DID NOT understand my issue or care about his customers so I hung up on him. The service man was very nice that came out. He showed me the problem, the wiring was NEVER connected for the A/C. I believe when the owner and I spoke he was making it seem as if my issues were not valid because they did a great job, and his company doesn’t “ half ***” it ( in his words). My wires were NOT even connected what do you call that? I haven’t even received a phone call from the owner to talk to me about what the problem was. Horrible company I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I work in customer service and deal with escalations and I would NEVER treat my customers this way, and it’s not even my own company. ?? I’ll be getting a service contract from someone else.

I'd originally found out about them on an article. I was look to find a humidifier. He was clean and communicative They replace water heater, furnace replace and A/C replace. They take good care of their customers.

I have a two-story single family house. Condenser of my outdoor unit for the 1st floor was shorted to ground so I need to replace it. Mike stopped by and patiently explained and discussed with me for all the options. Then back and forth with me for the configuration and pricing for different options. The whole team are friendly, helpful, and very patient. Installation went smoothly and quickly. The heat pump works great. My old oil based hydronic system was wired correctly as the backup heat source. Morris, the service tech, is smart, and figured out how to wire a complicated system. I cannot be happier with the pricing and quality of the work. I will hire them again to replace my 23 year old AC for the 2nd floor next spring. Thank you very much!

I will most certainly be using Druziako again. I was searching to have central air installed in an older cape that had forced hot air. Local HVAC companies would come out, tell me I would get a quotre in a few days and take over a week to give me an estimate. Druziako provided an estimate the next day after looking at my house! Druziako was recommended by my electrician after I explained to him how aggravated I was becoming with the local HVAC companies. My quote was solid, work was performed that week and finished in a day, no surprises at all. I would recommend Druziako to my friends and family and will be using them again to service my system.

I got central air installed in my 100+ year old house that I was convinced could never actually have central air. Despite the weird shape of the house and not a lot of extra space to work with, Druziako figured out a way to get it installed. They was fantastic from the initial estimate appointment through finishing installation. Everyone is extremely friendly and you can tell it is a family owned business. The price was extremely reasonable and everything got done quickly. It took a couple of extra days beyond the original plan but that was only to make sure it all got done correctly and to figure out how to work out a few problems (again with the old house). Great communication including after the fact to help us get rebates and warranties set up. 100% recommend.

I have used Druziako for about 20 years. They are fabulous and I would recommend to anyone who needed HVAC service. On the coldest day of the year my furnace gave out. I called them around 4:30pm and they called right back. They were there the next day with a crew and I had a brand new furance and heat by 3:00pm

Druziako was wonderful to work with. I went through the Mass Save program for financing which took forever. Once I got the Mass Save approval and the loan completed they were quick to schedule. Once they were here they completed the AC in one day and the boiler in the second day. They kept both areas clean and were very respectful while in the house, even moving picture frames so they didn't knock them off the wall. Their quotes were exact which was a huge relief of no extra charges. The brand new central AC system was ~7177 and the Boiler conversion was ~10187. I did already have natural gas in the house, which was fueling the hot water heater, so no new lines into the house were needed. Since, I wasn't replacing the hot water heater they also lined my chimney. They were great to work with, reasonably priced and quick to do the job.

They did a great job! They were prompt to response to my inquiry for an estimate. The price they offered was excellent and once I made a decision to move forward, they were able to install the new Furnace within 2 weeks. Thank you for your great service.

Nick and his crew were excellent ! Very professional. It was a big project requiring five days work. They were very neat and cleaned up after their work. Nick engineered a very nice system with two zones for more control of the heating and cooling on each floor. Price was reasonable for the work required. Would highly recommend them for all your HVAC work.

It went very well. The technicians explained everything to us. They were on-time and professional. They addressed any concerns we had about our previous system and worked with us to install a system that would work well in house and be energy efficient. In addition, Jen from their office, was a huge help in ensuring all our rebates were sent in and in getting our new furnace registered for it's warranty. Excellent installation. The process was clean and efficient. No marks on the wall inside and the outside machine installation and piping were done cleanly and looks very professional against the side of the house. Everyone arrived on time and was cheerfully competent. The unit is on a cement base. The indoor mechanism runs with a remote or the iPhone but can also be used manually if we lose the remote. The installers for the A/C unit and for the electrical work were superb. Very professional, clear in their instructions in how to run the unit. We’ve recommended Druziako’s to our friends and they’ve all been pleased with the work and the value. Highly recommended.

I needed an air conditioning system installed in my daughter's home. I live out of town, so had to communicate long distance. Nick and his team were able to provide an estimate for the system, and it was substantially lower than others I received. Nick took the time to thoroughly explain why his was lower and why the system he was recommended was the most appropriate for the size of home we have. Work was scheduled, and the crew arrived on time and complete the job in 2+ days. They explained operation to my daughter, and provided complete instructions on maintenance. All in all, we had a very good experience with Druziako HVAC, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you, Nick!

The Druziako team worked very well together, arrived prepared and went right to work. They were careful and asked questions/permission before making any big decisions like where to site equipment, vents, etc. They're a small outfit and really pay attention to the customer. When we said we wanted it installed before a family birthday party, they made sure it was done in time - 3-1/2 weeks from order to completion, which included time for us to get an electrician to replace a panel and add services for the A/C. We're very pleased with the performance of the system, and feel that it's a good value compared to quotes from larger outfits.

Quick to come out for an estimate and very reasonable. Everything went smoothly and the new air conditioning unit is running great. Haven't had to use the heat yet! They guys were very friendly and professional. No complaints.

My first impression of Nick was what encouraged me to do business with him. We had shopped around options for replacing our heating system for over a year and where other HVAC companies kept steering us towards the most expensive options and added features that weren't necessary given the footprint of our home, Nick was not only the first to offer us an affordable option that was within our budget, but I also didn't get the sense that he was trying to upsell us on features that weren't reasonable (for example, when asking about installing zones, he told us he'd rather see us save the money and use it towards better insulating the basement). When it came time to do the work, we had a concern with how long the system would be down given our family of 6 and the weather. Nick and his team were flexible and accommodating and re-arranged some things to minimize our downtime. The staff completed the work as expected and were helpful and courteous and even touched up a few things in our existing duct work as a courtesy. A week later we had an issue with the system (ended up being a faulty control board). With the way the system was behaving, it was difficult to troubleshoot, even by the manufacturer. Though it took 3 days to resolve, the team was responsive and diligent throughout the process and I never got the impression that we were "annoying" them with constant calls or being forced to accept it as "normal operating behavior". They kept at it until everything was working 100% as expected. Overall, I would absolutely do business with these guys again. Working in my industry, I can appreciate that not every new piece of equipment can be expected to be without faults, and given the nature of things, I thought they handled it exceptionally well, and our overall experience with them was excellent.

Let me start by saying the owner of the company Nick Druziako is very unprofessional. I signed a contract with him to install a new gas furnace in Lowell MA and paid him 50% at the time of signing the contract. I asked him to provide his insurance and license to perform the job and he never did because he is not licensed to do the job. Whenever you need a new installation, you are required to pull a permit by law and I asked him to the job accordingly. After taking the down payment he totally changed and became very rude and unprofessional and kept fooling me and delayed the installation because he didn't want to pull the permit from the city. The unit is tenant occupied and I kept on mentioning to him that it is an emergency, my tenants are without heat and he kept on blaming it on me saying "you want the permit and it will take up to 2 weeks to do it your way (meaning the right way, in accordance with the city code)". As it was my first time, I didn't know the process and was getting fooled by Nick. Finally I got tired and went to the city call and spoke with the heating and plumbing inspector and found out that it only takes 10 mins. to pull the permit. So finally with lot of arguments, he hires a third party with license to do the work after 10 days of me paying him. He asks me to pay in cash upfront before he does the install which was totally against the agreement I signed with him. He threatens me that if I don't pay him he will pull out the unit and take it back. Again after some arguments, he installs and I paid him the remaining amount. The next week after installation, the city inspector came and failed the inspection because it was not done right according to the code. I kept on calling him to find out what happened to the inspection and he stops responding. I went to city hall again, spoke to the inspector and found out about what needs to be corrected. According to the contract agreement, it was Nick's responsibility to make sure the installation passes inspection but he is not bothered to do anything as he is fully paid. He never responds to calls and text messages. Now I have to hire another licensed contractor to do the job. I don't know how a reputable company like Angieslist allows such a bad and unprofessional company to list their offers.

The crew of three plus a foreman arrived on time and went work immediately. They were prompt and efficient and had everything done by noon.
