We had people come out and told us that putting in a chandelier in the dinning room can not be done because the ceiling is completely original to the house that was built in 1766. It has posted beams so the entire ceiling is made out of wooden rafters, and there are no plasters at all and no insulation above that. Dave installed electrical wiring around the entire house to make it happen for us since we do not want to see electrical wirings or cable on the ceiling because it would look horrible. He did run it through the entire basement, up to my husband’s office, over to my daughter’s bedroom, and down to the dinning room. It is unbelievable, and it is gorgeous. I highly recommend him. His pricing is excellent too.
