He is one of the best tradesmen I have met in a while a straight-shooter who knows roofing. He doesn't take advantage of the home owner. The price was VERY fair. I am keeping him for the day I do my whole roof. He is the type of contractor that makes you feel as if you are giving someone a gift when you tell them about him and his work As if they will owe you, because he is that good ! He has integrity he stands behind his work. I am glad I met him and will use this service for all my needs as I am a new homeowner. But I am not new to the world

He came out quickly. Over the phone I was not sure, but in person I got a good vibe from him. My flat roof had a leak and he quickly identified the issue (and showed me so I understood too) and came up with a reasonable approach to fix it, as well as do some patching in a few other places at risk. It hasn't rained yet, but on visual inspection the work looks good. Price wise, it was wasn't a steal but I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of either. In summary, I'm happy!

Very friendly individual showed up when promised, left, and returned shortly with tubes of silicone to repair torn shingles he found. He said I should be all set as he felt confident about his fix, and that "he owned the job" and would gladly return upon request if leak persists. I will follow up.
