Chris was exceptionally professional throughout the process. Consistently communicated with us. Stuck to the timeline provided. I would highly recommend him to friends and family as well as anyone looking to have remediation work.

Chris repaired a strip of roof tile caps and underlying vent screen about 7 feet long that had blown off due to wind damage. The entire process took place in one day, from first contact to completed repair, because Chris said that he had time that day and was booked out for a long time afterward. The cost was $500 for a job that required about 45 minutes of labor plus another hour of inspection and travel to obtain the replacement tiles. He said that he purchased and used a complete new pack of 45 tiles from Home Depot, which seems impossible for a 7 foot repair. But he did not charge extra for the tiles, so it doesn't really matter. Chris appeared to be very knowledgeable about the repair, and his work was done with care and was of high quality. He even went so far as to cover the new tiles with the old ones as a cosmetic "veneer," so that the repair would not be visible. That was "going the extra mile," and was much appreciated. Overall, I would hire him again. I would like to add that I am very unhappy with Home Advisor. I merely visited their website briefly to see if there were any handymen in my area, and immediately afterward I was bombarded by two very pushy sales people in separate calls readying from canned scripts. I had to hang up on both of them. Then Chris called me out of the blue. I had not selected him specifically, and I had not reached out to him. He seemed reasonable, so I went ahead with the repair, but I absolutely do NOT appreciate this very, very, very pushy and aggressive sales approach by Home Advisor, and I will certainly hesitate to use them in the future, or even to visit their website.

I hired Chris and his team to do an unexpected mold remediation project. They responded quickly and were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They accommodated our hectic schedules making it as convenient as possible for us. I am very pleased with how well they communicated through out the entire process & I am very satisfied with the work they performed.
