Fairview does not stand by their warranty or their commitments. Shingles flew off from wind and called them in June. It is now October and they have not done the repair. I have a tarp over the area that needs repair. This is the second time since installation that shingles flew off due to wind. Guy who answers the phone is extremely rude.

I tried to get a roofer to my house for 4 or 5 months. Despite promises to come, no one showed up until I called Fairview. They arrived within a week and the repairs were done. I have work that needs doing now and have called them back. Am awaiting an estimate.
