Customers are invited to visit our showroom/warehouse and choose the exact slab for your new countertop renovation - we have a large remnant section to help the customer save money on smaller projects, Ie. vanity tops - thresholds etc. Come visit our knowledge able staff to help you with the process of chosing the exact material to make your countertops/ vanity / tub or shower walls /jacuzzi surround / fireplace surround or hearth the way you invision it to be.

Went to the store spoke and with a female employee. We selected the stone we wanted, the edging, specified how the corners should be cut, and also wanted the sink cut out.
Employees came a few days after to template the finished kitchen, they used the method of gluing wood together to form a template. Other companies use a computer and lasers to digitally measure the area.
We had scheduled for a specific day and time for the counter to be installed when everyone will be home. Installers showed up on a different day and time. Installed countertop and the corners were not cut properly as requested and no sink cut out was left installers had no idea. Once the installers left and also my check I looked over the work and noticed that the pieces were not cut properly. They were at least .25-.50 off not being even with the walls. What is the point of a template if it does not properly fit. It's so bad that even after adding a tile backsplash there is still a gap. It was also realized later that the corners were improperly cut that they were not done as specified. The steel arms that grab the sink bowel were not fully on the sink bowel and also not fully tightened causing the bowel to creak and wobble. (Fixed that myself)
We notified the company the same day the counters were installed about the corners and the sink cutout. They admitted the errors and said yes it's wrong but it's already installed. Further more have ignored all other attempts at communication in rectifying said issues. (Over six months ago) I should have canceled the check my mistake I did not do that. Mistake two was using this "company". Worst company ever if I could get the tools to cut the stone I could have done a better job then these "professionals".
There are many companies out there that provide this service and materials and that take pride in their profession and customer requests that you should have no problem in finding one that will meet your basic needs as this group of people do not. The price was great but I should have known better you get what you pay for and all I've gotten are headaches.
