It was a learning experience for us for having 3 jobs going on consecutively. We did have some problems. Their quality was good. It was a little bit further for their normal area and so it took them a little bit time to respond to us, otherwise they were responsive. They were on time. Their price was fair. There were few things that the landscaping company thought that the pool company would do and vice versa. It was hard for me to figure out whose fault it was and it was also my fault for not having been clear enough.

They’ve been very good. We are new to owning a swimming pool, so they were very good at doing the introductory stuff and they provided good service.

FIRST PLEASANT, AND HELPFUL IN STORE IN LAWRENCE. ADMINISTRATIVE SCHEDULING ON PHONE PLEASANT. POOL CHEMICAL TESTING IN STORE STELLAR! UNFORTUNATELY SEVERELY DECLINING LEVEL OF SERVICE AT HOME SITE. HOMEOWNERS ARE AT PRECARIOUS DISCRETION OF VARIANT WORK CREWS RANGING FROM LONG SUFFERING TO DISMISSIVE, AND RUDE. WORK WAS SLIPSHOD THIS SPRING AS CREWS ATTEMPTED TO CUT CORNERS IN ORDER TO FINISH MY HOME SITE AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. PREVIOUS CREWS DEMONSTRATED SAME POOR WORK ETHIC, AND IT IS TOO BAD BECAUSE THE COMPANY PRESENTS WELL IN STORE. POOL OWNER IS AT MERCY IN YARD. CAVEAT EMPTOR.
