Nate offered to come to the house and take a look at the water heater. He assessed the situation and gave us three options based on length of warranty. He was able to install it on the day and time that worked best for our schedules. Nate did a great job and took care of disposing the old unit at no extra cost. He was very professional, on time, and cleaned everything up after the installation. As an added bonus, the cost was significantly less than other quotes we received.

Nate called immediately and was nearby to come over and evaluate my parents' plumbing problem. Super fast service, and all problems solved. We are grateful to have found Nate, and plan to call him the next time we have a problem. A very courteous and professional young man.
