The company was very responsive in setting up my appointment and answering questions. Craig was very thorough and polite. Price was less than i expected. The work was done in less than a day and Craig came back to the house that evening to check on the job that the crew had completed.

Allscape is a very professional tree service. The woman handling calls was pleasant and promptly arranged a quote. She was very responsive to questions that I had throughout service. Craig came to my property and gave some general information about the condition of the trees in my yard. He then was quick to write a reasonable quote. He made some additional suggestions, without pressuring, one of which was to remove a and quot;double-trunkand quot; pine that posed risk to my house. After researching such trees, I determined he was absolutely correct and I added the pine to the quote. On the day of tree removal, Allscape arrived punctually and with an impressive arrangement of equipment and man-power. I have seen other removal services that were little more than a dare-devil with a chainsaw. Allscape is clearly an organized and practiced outfit. Men were all over my yard performing specialized tasks, trees were hoisted in the air via a large crane and fed into a chipping machine. My wife and I were lucky to be home to see the show. In less than 2 hours, all trees were removed and not a twig could be found on my yard. I had thought this would have been an all day job...impressive. Craig informed that he would need to return by week's end with the stump grinder which he did. Allscape, to my delight, also removed a stack of limbs that had been sitting in the corner of my yard free of charge. I had found Allscape on Angie's list and HIGHLY recommend them. I don't usually take the time to write reviews but professional service deserves to be credited.

Craig called the night before to let me know crew would be there at 7:45 and they were. Jim, the foreman introduced himself and crew and explained what he was going to do, then got to work. They felled the tree perfectly where they said it would land and promptly cut it into manageable sections and used a rubber tracked Bobcat style tree lifter to bring sections to the chipper. The vehicle barely and I mean barely left any tracks on the lawn, which I was very pleasantly surprised with. They then cleaned the yard and left it in better shape then when they arrived. All in all it took 3 hours from start to finish. Prompt, professional and courteous. Juts the way it should be.

We received prompt service. Quote on Wednesday, tree removed on Thursday. We were very pleased.

We have used this company three times (including yesterday). The owner, Craig, comes and looks at the job with the client. He spends time speaking with you and discussing what you want done. I like the fact that he will tell you if something should stay where it is and make suggestions of what needs to be done. NO pressure at all, which is so unusual in today's world! The job they did yesterday involved a large amount of work. We had about ten trees that are well over 30 feet. Over the years the bottom half of branches were so long they were hitting the house and hanging over the driveway and walkway. The job was done professionally and (besides being able to see my house!) you couldn't tell they were there, it was completely cleaned up. Their prices are very reasonable and their work is A++. I would highly recommend this company.

I had quite a few tree service companies come out to give estimates on the job we wanted done. This was a new-to-us home and the trees had been overlooked for quite sometime. Most of the companies I called were from Angie's List and the prices and personalities were all over the map. I received Craig Hillman's name from my brother who had him give an estimate a year earlier and was very impressed with both the person as well as his charitable work. Craig came out on a Sunday to do the estimate when he learned I was home and was the ONLY person who took the time to walk the property and name the individual trees and bushes and explain the pros and cons of keeping or removing each one. The fact that he had also been the groundskeeper at Plimouth Plantation for 15 yrs., replacing my next door neighbor who had done the same job for 40 yrs. made my decision an easy one. The only delay was waiting a month to be squeezed onto his books as he had a huge job going on downtown, but it was more than worth the wait! The crew arrived at 7:15 am and within an hour had the large maple out front completely removed. It was absolutely amazing to watch and even more amazing to see how much light filled our very dark living room with the removal of this tree. A protective barrier was set up before the stump grinding began to protect both our property, that passing cars and the safety of the workers. The crew worked diligently until almost 4 pm with only a short lunch break. Not only did he remove all the items we had previously discussed, he also took down a few extra trees out back to open up a view to a small pond without increasing his original quote. I can't say enough how glad I am to have been given his name and will definately be having him and his crew come back in the Spring to do some landscaping work for us.
