They were convenient and recommended. The wait depends on the job being done, but not usually. They give you a summary of the work done.

For the past five years, I've received top service from the family that runs the Jefferson Service Station.
Don't let the 'exterior' of the building fool you, these guys are and quot;Top Shelfand quot;. After each repair, I've never had a problem . They also tell you the pros and cons of doing the work certain ways and involve you in as much of the details as you want.
Throughout town, they are noted for their reliable service. I have three neighbors who bring their out of warranty vehicles there, and also have only excellent things to say about the service.
Check them out !

I've been using the Jefferson Service Station for three years, and had some very tough repairs done on my 2003 Mazda Tribute. I've been able to drive across the country towing 3,000 lbs, and drive to vacations that have put 2000 miles on my car with total confidence in the work that was performed.

They usual finish work at or before the time they have promised, and they never do any additional work without calling you for your input.
