All went well.
After first contacting the company, they came by to assess the problem within 24 hours.
I requested a quote for the work needed.
Within 1 weeks time I was called and the workers showed up one morning. The work was done, and done well.They cleaned up and hauled away any and all remaining debris. The final cost was within the price range that was quoted.
I have been living at my current residence for nearly ten years and have always used Penshorn. Their prices are competitive and the work continues to be top notch.

They were very punctual. I asked for copies of their license and references and they provided both. They came out to talk about the job after we accepted the estimate, and brought shingle samples for me to look at so we could decide on a color. They arrived exactly at 7am on the first day, and finished by the next day.
