Last summer when Superstorm Sandy hit my 2004 Saturn Ion flooded. The problem was my sunroof drain hoses were backed up. I decided to save some money and do the work myself. Once I got all of the interior out of the car (sets, carpet, console, etc) I couldn't find where the drain hose outlet was located. After spending hours on this, I dropped it off at Keegan's. Russ and his crew were eventually able to find the access panel somewhere buried behind the dashboard. They only charged me labor, which I thought was more than fair. When I went to pick up my car there was a personalized thank you card on the dash waiting for me. These guys are dedicated and professional.

He is excellent. I have gone to him for two years. He is very clear with what he is doing. He is quick with his work. He is also honest and fair.

I've gone to Keegan's Service station for a few services and now and always leave feeling satisfied. Russ and the guys are very attentive, polite, and know how to please the customer. Make sure to sign up for the email list. I have had shocks replaced, tire/ rims changed, oil changed, and fluids checked all from Russ and have always left happy knowing the job was done right. I will continue to use Keegan's for my two cars while living in Boston and hopefully have non-major issues. And if you go their throughout the day you can occasionally see them eating lunch and playing cards in fornt of the garage.nice!

Keegan's is just plain great. One of the first times we went there, Russ spent several hours repairing a switch when he could have installed a new one because it saved us a hundred bucks or so. Straight talk and good work - probably the best mechanic I've ever been to.

Russ is always punctual at getting back to us when our cars have needed service. He always has us leave the car and calls us to tell us what needs to be done. When I pick up the car he always explains to me what was happening with the car. He shows me the parts or diagrams for example the brakes and fluid systems. Russ is very personable, professional and respectful of female car owners. He encourages us to just bring the car by if we have minor issues, ie. brake lights out, tire seemed to be leaking air. He makes time to fit us in as best possible.
