 + -1 moreWe scheduled an appointment and Rick was there on time. We were first time home buyers and he was very honest and gave us a lot of good suggestions on what needs to be fixed and what can be postponed for the list of issues that came up during home inspection. He finished every single one of them that needed to be fixed in a very timely manner and did it without breaking the bank. We have other projects that we want to get done and would be bringing him back. He also referred us a painter and we ended up going with him as his quote was lowest. I would go with him every single time.
Description of Work: fixing issues that came up during inspection and giving estimate and advising on other remodeling projects.

 + -1 moreI used Rick before to remodel a smaller bathroom. Because I was so very pleased with the result, I decided to go with him again. My main bathroom is now completed and I am extremely pleased with the finished product. Again, his proposal was detailed and specific. Any questions or changes in plans were carefully noted and dealt with. Rick supported my desire to select and purchase most of the materials. He went along with my decisions of design and suggested a few of his own design thoughts. He selected very talented workers who handled difficult plumbing, tiling and carpentry issues. He and his workers sometimes worked on weekends and sometimes until 6-7 at night. The bathroom turned out to be very beautiful and I continue to be very happy with Rick's work ethic and finished product. My approx. cost of service includes service plus cost of materials.

Description of Work: RPS Home Services renovated my small master bathroom. Rick Cyr, the owner of his company, was professional from beginning to the end of the project.He was most willing to discuss the goal of the project, listen to my ideas, and make suggestions. I never felt rushed...he sat and worked through many of my concerns. His written estimate was clear and complete. He started on the designated date and had very competent workers with him.He cleaned up each night before leaving, called if he was not going to be here at a designated time, and did a fabulous job converting my very dated bathroom into a clean, neat, attractive 2012 bathroom. He was very focused on detail and worked diligently to get things just right. Because his business is small, he was here all the time. If any issues came up, he was here to solve them. His knowledge of home and hearth is very extensive and I even had him correct other problems in my house. I would highly recomment Rick and RPS Home Services.
