 + -1 moreTerrible. Our home alarm system is still not working after multiple service visits and nearly $2000 of charges over the past two years.
Description of Work: Mammoth Fire Alarm are frauds. They came to fix my home alarm system on three occassions, each time claiming they would need to come back and never actually fixing the problem. They demand money up front and ended up taking over $1500 from me for doing nothing. The alarm system still doesn't work. When I asked them to fix the problem for good or refund me the money they refused and ceased communication with me. I am now contacting the BBB. Save yourself the money and annoyance: choose someone else.
