LCT staff were friendly, professional and prompt, from initial consult to installation, to thorough cleanup. Their mid-range bid included a roofing system rated highly & explained well by James,, the sales manager. They were responsive to some special concerns about chimney & soffit conditions and included a first rate treatment of my shed. Totally happy with the look and expected durability of our roof.

professional all around from quote to completion. quality install and daily clean up. owner on site daily walking property and discussing progress. installed within 1 week of accepting quote. highly recommend LCT. quoted 4 different companies and what separated LCT was the Certainteed product they use and providing various options. No hard selling just providing the options on the various product offerings of paper versus rubber and 3 different types of shingle product and associated warranties.

Selection of this contractor went smoothly from start to finish. Estimate was considerably less than another contractor using the same CertainTeed roofing system. I do not select on cost alone. I got quotes from 3 other companies. Normal estimate was using the Landmark Pro shingles, also was given estimate for the Landmark shingles when I mentioned budget constraints and my longevity, I’m a senior citizen. Left me info on the CertainTeed system materials and installation. When I decided on the Landmark did not try to convince me to rethink choosing Landmark Pro. On date of install they arrived around 7:15 but said they wouldn’t begin work until 8 so not to disturb neighbors. Considerate, I live in a over 55 development. They worked quickly and professionally, first hanging tarps to collect debris and stripping roof. Crew moved along quickly. Needed to replace some decking around vents,which they did at no up charge. Owner, Luis Castro, stopped by from another job to check work even going up on roof to inspect. Left me his card and told me to call with questions or concerns. Cleanup was amazing. Left my property as if they never were here! This was one concern as other roofer,s doing work in neighborhood have left blown debris and nails in street. They did not. Debris that was wind blown into neighbors yard was retrieved. Also in quote was to reroof shed and install gutters and downspouts at front of house. Shingles were underestimated including shed so they applied the DiamondDeck underlayment and drip edge and were back next non rain day to finish shed. I was amazed at the proficiency and speed work was completed. I highly recommend this company and already have to a neighbor. Very professional, supervisor answered any questions I asked, courteous and treated my job as if it was their own. Crew was very proficient. Owner should be proud. I was satisfied with all aspects of project.

They are efficient, personable, priced reasonably for superior product, and went above and beyond. They even replaced the shingles on our shed for free. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough great things about this company. James, the project manager, came on time with a large packet of brochures in full color and detailed information about each portion of product used to complete the replacement of asphalt singles on the roof of our home. He patiently and professionally explained every step of the work to be done, answering questions as we moved through this process. when finished he took measurements and gave me a very reasonable quote on the cost of the project. A few days later after accepting the quote, a very friendly lady from the company's office called to make arrangements to do the job. When the time came, the roofing materials arrived the day before. The dumpster and the company owner along with his crew were here on time the next morning to do the job. It was a very cold and extremely windy morning but they went right to work. The weather conditions were very unpleasant but didn't seem to hinder them in accomplishing their task. They did everything mentioned in the contract including a good cleanup up the premises. They used all CertainTeed roofing materials and James had suggested the type and color of the shingles used on the roof. When completed the new shingles so dramatically enhanced the appearance off our home, we were completely overwhelmed. The people that make up this company and the work they do is TOP SHELF all the way. We could not be happier, thank you James, Luis , and all the great people of LCT CONSTRUCTION.

Easy guys to deal with. Great new roof put on in one day!

The crew showed up on time and stayed until the work was done. The repair work on my second floor porch roof was quite detailed: quite a lot of siding, trim, handrails, and surrounding shingles had to be removed and then rebuilt. The work was done professionally and wholly to my satisfaction. Despite some surprises once they started work, there were no cost extras beyond what we originally agreed to. I was very satisfied with the work of Luis and his crew.

Quality and reliability all rolled into one roofing contractor. Several weeks ago LCT installed a new roof on our home. We were delighted with the workmanship and the quality of the workers. Several weeks later, during a severe wind storm, the cap blew off our chimney pipe. (This had no bearing on the work they had done; it was completely storm related.) Despite being bombarded with calls because of roof damage from the storm, Luis and his crew squeezed us in and replaced the cap before rain was expected. We canâ  t say enough about LCT Roofing Construction. We HIGHLY recommend them!

Luis, the owner of LCT Construction, and all of his workers did a GREAT job installing new shingles to the roofs on our house and garage. Everything James Blair, the sales manager and product expert, promised was fulfilled to complete satisfaction. Our house roof is made of tongue and groove boards (where debris from the old roof can fall thru the cracks) with an exceptionally large attic below it filled with furniture, household goods and stored clothing that Luis covered so beautifully not a trace of debris was left behind. The same care was taken with the grounds, shrubs and plants outdoors. Not a nail or trace of debris was left behind on our property. Any worries we had about this big job were a waste of time on our part. This company does the job one can only dream about. The entire crew is polite, courteous, efficient, hardworking and GREAT at what they do. They all work together like one big happy family. For a job we were dreading to have done, Luis made it effortless and pleasant, and he is a super nice person. I only wish I could call on Luis and his team for all my home repairs.

Excellent Job, completed in one day!

LCT was great to work with. From the estimate with Jim Blair, customer service with Christina Toledo to the installation crew which the company owner Luis Castro worked right along side. The materials were there the day before installation. The owner and installation crew arrived on time the next day and went right to work. The workmanship was excellent. The project, which included stripping two layers of shingles, was completed in one day. The cleanup was excellent. I can t say enough about how hard the installation crew worked and did an excellent job. I would recommend LCT for roofing projects.

In the interest of full disclosure, I got estimates from four (4) companies, and was impressed with the professionalism of all four representatives that gave me estimates. LCT was a couple hundred more than the lowest two estimates, but was offering a superior product. Bottom line, we got exactly what James promised us....they were here when they said they would be, they protected the plantings around our house, they worked expeditiously and, upon completion, did a thorough cleanup of the yard. The roof looks GREAT!!! Lastly, the dumpster was supposed to arrive at 7am on the day of the work.......it arrived at EXACTLY 7am!!! At 8am the following morning, the dumpster company was back to tow it away. Within 24 hours of the start of work, our home and yard were back to normal!! Thank you LCT!!!

From the initial visit by this company's salesperson to the jog completion, the process could not have been better! Their on-site coordinator and roofing staff were efficient, professional and very hard workin - they had my job in less than half a day and cleaned up completely. While my job was a relatively small one (reproofing my one and a half garage, the whole process could not have gone any more smoothly. Score one for me!
