I was looking for good company and people who are knowledgeable and I found it.

I was led to believe that Rodebhiser was familiar with Hybrid Water Heaters but that was not the case. For me honesty is the best policy. The service tech was helpful and did some minor servicing but we had to look elsewhere for a compay that was familiar with this type of water heater. Rodenhiser was not able to advise us or fix the issue with the water heater.

The set pricing they use is way above the normal time and material. Truck fee (just to show up $69.00 Charge my AC unit (less than a pound of Freon) $703.00 Work finished in less than an hour. (2 guys) about $300.00/hour Ooouch!!!!

Excellent company to work with. Prompt reply times. Provides feedback and comparisons on other equipment. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way.

Very professional there work was outstanding. The surface of my driveway looked like the surface of the moon. It is now perfect. They even extended my driveway 4 feet. The owner of the company has been in the office since he was 13, a real professional. His crew also knew what they were doing and cleaned up the work area before they left. They did a great job, but they were very, very expensive!

They stated they were running a special on furnace cleaning, it would be completed at a certain price. when the plumber showed up at the house he stated the work he was doing. Basic check of my boiler is what he outlined. It had nothing to do with cleaning the furnace, it was only to get the company in so they could generate business and charge exorbitant prices, The quote was $650 to clean the furnace on top of the $129 charge for him to show up to do nothing. One positive is when I objected to this they waived all fees and I was charge nothing.

Friendly, pleasant and easy to deal with came right away and stayed until the job was done. I recommend their Brian Meeks.

They came when they said they would, and they fixed my problem. However, they are VERY highly priced and their business model is to seriously try to up sell you to very expensive repairs and service plans. This left me feeling that I got ripped off even if I really did not!

Made an appointment and they showed up on time, price estimate prepared and I agreed to the price. Work was completed in a professional manner in a timely manner. Price was a little high but the quality of work was excellent and timely. when done the area was cleaned waste materials removed and no damage to any parts of my property.

Work was done neatly, quickly, and on time. All the repairs and the reasons for the work were explained. Very pleased.

Two man crew showed up on time. Provided a quote on the spot for the work. Finished in a timely manner. Most important: the fix works.

These guys were great. They showed up on time, examined the various repairs I needed done, and gave me prices on the various jobs. They completed everything the way I wanted. I am VERY pleased with the everything: price, work time, cleanup. The guys were professional, polite, and thoughtful.

After having a bad experience with TAKL, who sent us a handyman for a work that needed to be done by a professional electrician. I told the guy not to even touch anything else at the house. As a result, I went into Home Advisor and was given a few choices. I decided to go with Andy Rodenhiser and the electrician that came (Chris), was very professional and had to check all the work done by the unprofessional handyman. I am very happy with the work done by Andy's Co. Home Advisor is excellent. Be aware with TAKL. If you try to call them, the number in the internet belongs to Uber service.

Came out on a Sunday during playoff football to install new hot water heater. Priciest out of all quoted but worth it for a Sunday install during a playoff game. Put the basement tv full blast so they could still enjoy

Rodenhiser was great from sales, to scheduling, to install. Everything happened through installation in less than 1-week, and they have already processed our rebate. They were thorough and neat and were able to put the units where we wanted them. We would use them again in a minute.

Chris was very nice and professional! Put booties on to protect the floors and definitely knew his stuff!
