Newer home. Heat not reaching front of house well. Explained everything. Small charge to check ducts which are working. Did not try to inflate price or sell me something I didn t need. Would definitely use them again. Now know how system works better.

S was an awful experience. I thought I had made an appointment with this plumber through HomeAdvisor. HomeAdvisor even put it on my calendar. Problem 1, this company doesn?t make appointments through HomeAdvisor. I took the day off from work, and when I called them to make sure they were coming they told me they had never heard of me and were booked. Since this was an emergency they put me on standby, warning me that if they show up after 5pm I have to pay a big fee. There was nothing I could do. HomeAdvisor had only offered me the 1 plumber. So I wait by the phone all day. At 4:20pm someone called to say they are on there way and will be there by 5pm. They showed up at 5:05pm. I know that this was absolutely intensional so that I would have to pay the overtime fee. The job was to replace a leaking faucet with one that I had purchased at Home Depot and handed to them. The work took the plumbers apprentice about 30 minutes to do. The bill was $536! That?s awful!

He came out quickly, worked cleanly and quickly, he was friendly and knoweldgable. The very picture of a skilled professional.

I have a two family with two furnaces and rent a two family with two furnaces...They are definitely my new furnace people! We really appreciate the heat!

The tech was on time, and he constantly put on shoe covers before coming through the house. He checked over my system and worked up a quote for 2 different plans of action, from lowest price to highest. He explained each issue to be addressed and there was no pressure as to what degree of intervention to take. I ended up having all of the recommended work performed, as it had been some time since I had the unit serviced. All of the work was done effectively and neatly. I am a facilities manager and know good work from bad, and this work was excellent..I would definitely hire them again. Also; the people who answer the phone and schedule service were extremely friendly and helpful.

Excellent experience working with Rodenheiser s electricians. They arrived on time, spent time making a thorough estimate which gave us multiple options, and followed through with exactly what we had agreed on. They wore shoe covers and covered the flooring in the area they were working. They even shoveled a path in the snow to the back door, so they could get their ladder in. I would definitely recommend them and will hire again in the future.

restart older side gas heater

They are just too expensive. My water heater was not working, so I had them come out on a Friday night. They charged me almost $300 to look at it and say it could not be fixed. Separate charge for coming after hours (they came at 5:10 pm). I understand there needs to be a charge for every house call whether they can fix it or not but that was just ridiculous.

Job was not done, the plumber was not prepared to replace the water valve, he just tighten it and never show up again
