Kept you aware of your appointment. Arrived on time, but ridiculously expensive. $450 to install a washer and dryer, and the dryer was an electric dryer. Total time on job was less than an hour.

This is a great company but it is a bit pricey. The HomeAdvisor estimate for the work I wanted was 150 - 450 and the total price was 500, but that was with me paying for a yearly contract to only use them in the future. The price they gave me for work with no contract was 900. I expected 200, paid 500, and it could have been 900? I paid 500 though because they seemed very professional and the work was very good. You get what you pay for so yes I would recommend them but know they are expensive.

I'm awful with names but the guy who came to my house initially was fantastic. I noted that the very first thing he did after entering my home was put on shoe covers. He looked at each of the small projects I had, walked through the process with me, and then went back to his truck to write up a quote. Almost everything he needed for the work was in his truck and he worked very efficiently, calling in an assistant for a slightly more complex issue. He also gave me a ballpark quote for another job that we'll be doing in a couple of weeks. We've found our new go to company for these kinds of issues.

Brian M, the technician sent by the company was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He did a thorough investigation of our AC system, diagnosed and outlined the problems and took care of them all in the same visit. He was a pleasure to deal with. Very impressive indeed, we decided to give the company an yearly mantainence contract!
