Could not actually schedule through HomeAdvisor. I scheduled with Home Advisor and waited 5 days for them to show up and do the job. When they didn't show the day of the job I called Rodenhiser directly and found out only they could schedule a job. Why did Home Advisor schedule with me? Then had to wait 5 more days til Rodenhiser could finally get my plumbing installed. On the day of the job they called me at 7:00am (while I was still sleeping) and tried to come then. I asked them to come at the scheduled time (10:00am). Then they called and wanted to reschedule to another day. I said no, I wanted the work done that day. They finally came, installed the plumbing and did a good job. I don't blame the plumbers that came, but the front office, not so good.

Very professional. Gave me a great quote. Work lasted longer then expected so electrician came another day and worked very hard to complete the job. New light fixture works so much better than old one ever did. I would hire again for sure.

Due to a scheduling error or maybe a miscommunication over the phone, they missed the time of the appointment but their customer service accommodated me by getting me on the schedule for that day. They got right to work once they arrived and finished in under 45 minutes. Just my opinion, but I would say the service is a little pricy (and they charge $29 just to come out for a quote) but since I was in a pinch, I didn't really have any other quotes to compare it to.

Mike and Bob were extremely pleasant and honest. Fixed only what was wrong and gave us hints on what we may need to do later.

They needed to do a full evaluation on where the pipes went on the other side of the wall. The plumber didn't want to check even when I asked. Turns out they connected an old spigot that should never have been connected. Water poured into a storage room and caused water damage. They came back and capped off the pipe to the spigot, and was going to charge me more money. But after complaining about it, they decided not to charge me for their mistake. After contacting them again, I asked for them to come clean up the water damage (dry up and ensure no mold will grow). They are sending their sub contractor out. So overall, mistakes happen even if they are avoidable, but they definitely want the customer to be happy. I do recommend this company, however, please have them evaluate every aspect of what they are going to do. In addition to the above, they realize I wasn't happy with the outside exhaust the way it was designed, so they are going to fix it for me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

They were fast and efficient.

Rodenhiser installed a new high-efficiency heating boiler with indirect hot water and three heating zones. All the workers were professional and gave great care to the work being done. The heating inspector for our community, after carefully inspecting the installation, indicated that the work was very well done.

I rescheduled directly with them because they did not have anything available when Home Advisor said they could come.

They were very quick at contacting me. Richard F came to my house same day and fixed my ac. He was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Would definately hire again!!

Outrageously overpriced. Plumber ruined shut off valve by forcing it shut. Now I have to hire someone else to repair it.
