Nick P., Tyler M. and Dylan E. replaced a 20 year old AC system that had died. They arrived on time and worked tirelessly and efficiently until the job was finished. When the job was complete Nick P. explained everything to me, including the new thermostat. When the job was complete my house, indoors and out, was cleaner than when they started. They were all very pet friendly which is important to me. They actually had to rescue my cat who decided to go up into the attic and offer her two cents of expertise. Nick, Tyler and Dylan did a fantastic job. As to the company in general, I have used them for a long time and have always been happy with them. They are a large company, but with a small company personal feel to it. Within 1 week of discovering I had an AC that didn't work Rodenhiser came the next day to evaluate the problem. Rick P. came the next day to show me options and the job was completed a week later. Rodenhiser is just a great company to work with. Everyone of their people that have come to my house over many years have done a great job.

I have used Rodenhiser for plumbing work (new water heater and fixing piping) before. I did not realize that they also did electrical work until having their name come up on HomeAdvisor. Now I have a single vendor for both, as well as know from them that they engage in bathroom & kitchen renovations (both possible future projects).

If you get multiple bids, Rodenhiser will probably not be the lowest one. However, now that I have had multiple experiences of choosing the lowest one and then having to bring the Rodenhiser team in to fix what the lower bidders did, I am choosing Rodenhiser from the get-go from now on. Their quality is top notch and so is their professionalism.

Came out to give me a quote on my plumbing work and were able to complete the job on the same day. Answered all my questions on other things I may have them do in the future. Price seemed a bit high, but I was so happy to have everything completed.

I was disappointed. They tried selling me a package deal instead of really focusing on what I had called them about.

Excellent service pros.Rodenhiser installed a new gas Lockinvar furnace with on demand hot water.Great system,best service.They were not the cheapest but it is worth it to know that the best heating and a/c techs will respond when you need them.If you need a new heat or a/c system call them and have Rick give you an estimate.

New phone system makes it difficult to make initial contact. Provide rapid and processional on site quotes for small fee. Completed quoted job in efficient and professional manner. Cleaned up when completed with no issues.

This was a quick, reasonably priced and well executed service. Customer service agents within the company misspelled my email, but worked quickly to correct it and complete the project on time. We liked this provider so much, we are working with them for other things too, including changing our furnace and getting kitchen work estimates.
