They need to improve their customer representative attitude, and scheduling is too late. They didn't let us know when things changed. We had to call them.

They came on time and they were friendlies, knowledgeable and did a grat job.

Rodenhiser recently installed an AC system in our house for over $11,000 which soon failed completely. They then came out & said the wiring they had installed had a bad reaction between the copper & the insulation, resulting in many pinholes in the wiring, so the refrigerant all leaked out. They said they were aware of this problem 6 years ago and it almost bankrupted them, but they had bought a lot of this wiring from a manufacturer who has gone out of business due to this problem. So they used the wiring anyway, and now can no longer afford to fix all these problems so they would not fix it unless we pay $6,000. So they want $6,000 to fix a new $11,000 AC system. CROOKS! Criminal negligence, we are pursuing legal action.

Rodenhiser installed two bathroom exhaust fans with all new ducts and venting to outside. They did a great job and chose great quality fans. They explained everything along the way and involved us in all the decisions. I would definitely hire them again.

I was very happy with their work.

It was super expensive, but it was done quickly and he cleaned up every single bit of mess. He also helped me look at possible future projects to determine what could and couldn't be done. I was told to expect the repairman between 10:00 and 1:00, but their day didn't go as planned. I continually got phone calls from the main office, so at least I knew they didn't forget about me. It was just super expensive. But I would absolutely call them next time I have the need because they did a fantastic job.

Within a short period of time I had my outlet.

The techs explained everything they were doing very warm and friendly.We signed up for one of the many plans that they offer.

Arrived on time and worked diligently to install central air for us. Very clean and neat and took everything away that was trash. *Update: Unfortunately it took 3 return visits and 3 weeks to fix an instillation problem that could have been fixed on the initial install. Was promised they were **going to make it up to me**. I am still waiting....

This company delivers the best service, from the first contact with Liane_Alyse ( who is so efficient and professional) to the install with Chuck Willey. Chuck got me up and running with my new washer and gas dryer. Never having a gas dryer before, Chuck explained all about it. I could not be happier with this company, Thanks so much Sandra Carrie Walpole MA.

The service tech that came was great He was courtious knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing

Technician who fitted smart thermostat was very polite and professional. There were a few technical issues which I expected but were resolved to my liking
