Service was performed as expected, on time. The owner, who I spoke with was super kind, accommodating and professional. He was more than willing to access public records to locate our tank valve without additional charges.

Highly recommend.  Harry was very professional over the phone.  I had never had my septic system pumped, so he even offered to get the plans from the town so he could determine where the tank was located on my property.  Within a few days, the tanker showed up, the service guy went right to where the access point was buried in my front flower bed (I had NO idea where it was), dug it up and proceeded to pump out my system.  Once complete he buried it back.

I am very pleased with this company and will certainly be using them as my septic system company in the future.

Everything went well.  System now has certification for 2 years, 3 with subsequentl pumping.

I spoke with Harry concerning a septic tank repair I was told I needed from another septic service company.  I had asked him for a 2nd opinion and competing price.  
After talking about the situation, we determined no repair was needed at all!  Very honest, straight shooter.  I'll be sending all my future business and appreciate dealing with a fair and honest pro.

Harry is very knowledgeable and professional.
Since I had not drained the septic tank in the past and did not know the location of the septic tank sewer caps, he instructed me to obtain the title 5 plan from the town.
He also volunteered to review my title 5 plan to help me pin point the location of the sewer caps to minimize damage to my lawn.
Once he reviewed the plan, he told me not to worry about digging up the lawn and had his employee - Matt do that for me at no extra charge.
Matt (service technician) was also very professional and courteous and knew exactly where to find the sewer caps.
Matt carefully cut up a small section of the lawn (area above the caps) and replanted the grass so you could not see the area was touched with out close inspection.
I would highly recommend Holliston Sewer Services.

I gave the service a call and Harry immediately picked up the phone. I told him that we were looking for a new septic system and he began guiding me through the process at a high level. They don't even provide this service (just pumping and Title V) and he was willing to spend the time with me. He provided recommendations for engineering and installation service and coached me on things to look out for.  Really appreciated the honesty and willingness to talk with someone who isn't even a customer!

Harry came out in 30 mins of me calling him this morning from Hopkinton. Great guy, took the time to review the title V, went down looked at the sump pump, explained all the details of of how things work etc. Went out to the front yard, showed me the clogged main line which was a little deep. He recommended that the main line be snaked after he tried with the equipment that he had. He now has a annual customer in us for pumping out our system starting next week.
