Very prompt and polite. Explained things well and gave me options for the repair or replacement. Not sure about value because I did not get quotes from other companies to compare. For the new install the technician only had one option (the more expensive one) in the van to install same day but could come back another day for a less expensive model. I opted to go with what he had available (perhaps this a marketing plow or just the circumstances?). Any way the new garage opener is very nice and a great upgrade from what I had.
