Once work was done, they were very unresponsive to any phone calls. They left debris from their work in the attic - and the unit they originally installed was actually too small for our house and had to be replaced in 2-3 years. Overall the work was shoddy - not neat and well thought out. Several times the tubing in the attic froze during the winter, possibly because of the pitch at which it was placed, and caused a leak through the ceiling.
We have since found out that this company has a reputation for poor work.

Everything has been great with this company. I have been using them for years. They are very professional and reliable. They are a local company and a lot of people use them. I would recommend using this company to anyone.
