First of all very punctual and extremely responsive ? that why he gets a ?C? overall. My disappointment is that he was certain he knew the source of our problem (low pressure and little hot water) and spent a great deal of time working on the shower mixer value. His efforts did not fix the problem. He came back, but was not able to resolve our issue. I ended up calling another plumber and he diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes for a fraction of the initial cost.
Price ? Rates seemed competitive for the area, but because he did not fix the problem it is hard to think of the price as reasonable.
Quality ? Perhaps this rating should be lower since the problem had to be fixed by someone else.
Responsiveness ? Excellent, fast response.
Punctuality - Excellent, arrived when promised.
Professionalism ? Didn?t fix the problem, but of greater issues was the time and effort spent discussing the poor quality of other tradesmen in the area ? not very professional.
