Eli Painting - Interior, Exterior

I would suggest that if you hire this company you get a written and signed contract including returning to fix a problem should there be one  after the job is done.  I have been trying since January to get Eli Painting  to come back to see what has happened with both our walls and ceilings since being painted in April of 2014.  The same ceiling stains and wall markings started to appear just a couple of months after being painted.  After many calls,emails and texts they did come to our home when we were not here, looked in the window at the wall, the ceiling was not visible, and said that the ceiling stains were from our coal stove even though it took 10 years previously for the stains to appear and that the markings on the walls were from an exceptionally cold winter.  Since then I have tried numerous times  to get him to return to talk with us with no response.  We even offered to pay him a reasonable amount to repaint what is marked and stained.  I have nothing in writing so we are now at a loss and there is nothing more I can do to get this situation taken care of.  My frustration has lead me to write this review in hopes of saving future customers the same aggravation.
