"Just another case of the homeowner not getting his way, he wanted an extra tree done for free. He had a jury rigged electric wire connected to the tree we were removing he first wanted the tree cut in half I told him that was not recommend but did it anyway , and once he realized that the tree was totally rotten he then wanted it removed for free when I refused he said he was going to leave a bad review we will not be leveraged. We did an excellent job there was three stones that were nocked off a so called wall and were put back. The state of the property was a mess in major neglect trees and house."

"The Customer was told several times that the job was going to done with a 65' bucket truck but since he is from Siberia I guess he didn't understand .There was minimal damage to old rotted fence and shed was promptly fixed to better then original condition. He hired us because we were less expensive than using a crane service. The customer acted irrationally through the course of the job. Running around yelling and screaming. We finished half the job and I explained to him we were not going to complete other. Everything was cleaned and fixed, and the employee was fired that caused the damaged."

"This ones really got me scratching my head. We responded to an emergency call where a tree had fallen on a house and hot tub. We already had a full day of work going on, when he called. I put his job at the top of the list and completed it within hours of the call. I also noticed an other damaged tree that was in danger of falling, he wanted it done but didn't want to pay for it .He was very upset I wouldn't do it for free. We completed the job and were paid with no complaints. If there was anything wrong with the job I was never notified. We are committed to do a professional job."
