Excellent experience all around.

Purchased the Big deal ($200 for 10 registers). I went with Red Carpet co, even though there were cheaper deals as they had better reviews. Talked to Rick for scheduling. Communication was excellent. Steve called on the scheduled day arrived as scheduled. Before starting service, he gave me an estimate of how much it is going to be (we had more than 10 registers). He answered all my questions, wore shoe covers, was very professional and courteous through out the service.

The man showed up right on time and got right to work. He did a very thorough job of removing stains and left the carpets looking much much cleaner then I thought they could be.

Was able to provide carpet cleaning appointment for next day. Service tech was cordial and professional.
However, the bill I was given contained mathematical errors amounting to a gross overcharging. When I looked at the bill and ran out (through the snow) to discuss it, it was fixed without argument. Errors can happen, but it makes me wonder if it would have been corrected, and how many other errors might be going on.
Carpet cleaning was okay in large areas, but left spots untreated around the edges. There also appeared to be spot-treated areas or drips/spills left with cleaner on them, which continued to bleach lighter and then attract dirt.
I expected a follow-up call to ask how it looked, as every other carpet cleaner I've used has done. No such call.
The price (even after I complained about the errors) was more than other cleaners I've used, and the service and quality of the cleaning was inferior.
Sadly, can't recommend, but if you're desperate for a cleaning on short notice, call these guys and double check your bill.

They did the job just fine. They came in and they were quick. They were efficient and professional. They did a good job. There was a little bit additional on top of the Big Deal. I think I paid like $20 additional.

Alex worked for approximately 5 hours cleaning duct work.    He was very respectful and considerate as he worked around us.
The heavy machinery is somewhat noisy.

As I didn't know if the ducts or vents had ever been cleaned, I had a feeling it would cost more than the Deal I bought. It wasn't that much more, especially with the work that had to be done. 
I was contacted in under 24 hours to schedule the service, and received a call the day of the service to narrow the window when they'd be here. So on a communication with the company is high rated.
The techs Alex and Steve arrived within 15 minutes of the call, (the ETA I was given in the phone call) and did an inspection of what work I needed done and what was covered. The service plan as offered for an additional cost, which I didn't need, as was sanitizing service which I did select due to allergies and not knowing what was in there. The work was explained in detail, including where the cut-in to the duct would be, and how they would reseal it.
I explained they would be dealing with very old vents that may or may not reattach to the wall, and to do their best after cleaning them out. This has been a problem, as in this older home (1950's ranch) they were attached to the wall through the plasterboard with a small block of wood glued to the back of it for stability. They were able to re-attach all of them, including two which hadn't been attached since I was young. 
They were done in about 1.5hrs, which included video clips (from a phone) of before and after cleaning, and the piece of duct they cut out, (it was disgusting, never been cleaned) and I was shown the repair to the area that was cut out. They sat down and went over the work done, the Deal and additional costs. I was prepared to spend more, but this was much lower than I expected, which is always nice.
Overall, this was a great experience, Alex and Steve were great, explaining the tech term and what it meant in plain English. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I called Monday late morning and by before 1PM today (Tuesday) my two carpeted staircases were cleaned to their best. Peter is a great guy, contacted me ahead of time, and took care of business while I had to work in my home office. I look forwarding to enlisting Red Carpet again for other jobs in my home.

We had a very soiled carpet in the playroom. I got a deal on Angie's list. Best service ever - the provider emailed back within 24 hours, scheduled service a day later. Carpet looks great. Will definitely use again.

Provider said we will have to rip many of vents and need lot of work than just cleaning and vents were clean already.

Mike is fantastic!!!! Actually everyone I encountered with red carpet were fantastic. Very knowledgeable and explained everything

Went out of his way to do this job. He called in 3 different vehicles due to the size constraint of my location. He did all of this with a smile. 

Cleaning went well.  He was late, but said the previous customer ran late and he ran out of gas.  Nice, pleasant provider.

My appointment window was 12 PM to 2 and they didn't show until 2 pm but that was no big deal. I had two very  friendly guys who seemed to value doing the work right and well, but not in a too serious way. I asked that a couple of vents not get done and they were fine with that.  They went very slow and careful. They took their entire two hours (that was scheduled) and I felt they did a god job. They took a video (on their phone) of the worst vents so I could see the down right scary dirt in there (I just moved in) and how it looked afterward. The price was reasonable for the work that was done.
