Alex was back out to my house today just like he promised several months ago when he started the mice abatement treatment.  He arrived to rebate all the traps for FREE as part of his 6 month check-up.  You can?t beat the customer service and quality.  I haven?t had a SINGLE mouse in my attic and there are zero signs of activity.  Alex delivered on all of the expectations he set.  I am officially moving from Terminex to Mass Bay for my annual ant treatments as well come 2015.  I complained to Terminex for 2 years about the mice I was catching in my attic and they did next to nothing.  I should have partnered with Mass Bay years ago.
Needless to say, my wife is very pleased (Score!)

On the first visit, Alex went into the attic and looked for evidence of a colony.  He found bat guano near the chimney and explained how they were getting down into the first floor.  He explained that he would inspect the outside of the house for any potential entrances and would put in "baffles" that would let the bats out but not let them back in.
On the day of the appointment, he went all over the roof and the siding to find holes.  He found three and put the baffles in. He also sealed up smaller holes and screened off an area in the deck roof where birds had nested.
He was very pleasant and knowledgeable.  The service includes him returning in a couple of weeks to remove the baffles and close up the holes.  He also offered a 5-year warranty if the bats come back.
I would call him again for pest control.
I gave a B on the price only because I'm not sure what the going rate might be. He did give a discount for being an Angie's List member.

Alex was great - he came in and sealed all openings, set bait traps, and sprayed the wasp hives.  He is very knowledgeable and straightforward.  He didn't "push" any package on us, however, we did opt for the year-long maintenance package.

Alex was great. He was able to make an appointment right away. He was friendly and courteous, and got the nests sprayed fairly quickly. Because the yellowjacket hive was so large, he treated it in a way that would kill the whole hive, rather than individual wasps on exit. So I needed to spray down the hive in a couple of days after there was no more activity. He said that he would come back and treat again if the first pass wasn't sufficient, but it didn't end up being necessary. I sprayed the nest down in two days and disposed of it.

I had a mouse problem and they did a great job and identified a problem that required a repair and came back after it was done. My mice are gone....

After reading the positive reviews on Angie's List, contacted this firm about squirrel exclusion.  Alex called back on the same day and was on the property the next day for a firm estimate.  Work was completed within a week, and Alex was exceptionally conscientious.  Communication was excellent.  Alex explained the entire process of exclusion and from my point of view as an animal lover, it was very humane.  Would not hesitate to use this provider again.

He arrived on time for the first appointment. He informed me on the price of $125.00 per baiting. I agreed on the price.
He also told me it would probably be 2 or 3 baiting sessions. I could tell that he had performed the second baiting, as some of the flags had been relocated. After that I did not notice any more mounds in my front yard.
The only problem that I had with Alex, is communication. I did not hear back from him till the 26th, 20 days after 2nd baiting.
He was on vacation. I just wished he had informed me that he was going on vacation before he left. I would not have thought  that he had forgotten about it.  In his defense though, he did apologize when he contacted me after his vacation.
He is very knowledgeable, so I probably would use him again..

Alex is great! One call and he was out to take care of a nasty bees nest. The nest was at least 4 stories high and he banged the job out in 10 mins. My wife is allergic to bees so it was critical to have this issue taken care of so quickly. Absolutely my go to company for pest issues.

No hassle response to our request for a look at the same area that Alex had worked on in 2013. One tine of the exclusion barrier had bent on a rock and the woodchuck having grown skinny in the winter, managed to sneak in again. Alex got in within 2 days of sending the request and helped us out with a redo of that area. Havent seen the woodchuck again and we look forward to some veggies from our garden this year.
