"This unfortunate mix-up was simply a back office/scheduling gaffe. The follow-up jobs were never created in the company CRM/scheduling software system, so they were never performed. Unfortunately, we didn't know this happened until this review. I personally answer all phone calls, always have. I would never knowingly ignore a customer, so I'm not sure I ever actually received a call. Perhaps the customer called a different company with a similar name (this happens fairly often), or was calling one of the technician phones rather than the main phone (which rings directly to my cell phone). At any rate, we apologize for dropping the ball, and have offered a full year of service on the termite control system at NO CHARGE, which the customer has accepted."
