Alex and his team are very professional. They arrive at the agreed upon appointment time and explain everything that they are doing.

2 days later a techinican came to apply the repellent. It's been a few days since the application and no woodpeckers! So far so good!

Alex quickly diagnosed the problem and set up a return date for removing the bats. It seems that since bats are a protected species there are regulations which impact their removal. Alex showed up when scheduled and did the work he had outlined. Assuming bats are gone. Haven't heard them since he was here. I did not comment on his price for the work since I did no comparison shopping. Just wanted to get rid of my unwanted creatures.

Alex was punctual, responsive, and trustworthy. We have not seen any evidence of the critters since we received preventative treatment a month ago. I would absolutely recommend his company for anyone looking into pest prevention.

Thing went very well. The service provider was thorough, answered all questions, and did not charge for the initial check. I found this to be incredibly fair and professional. The service provider seemed very ethical and did not charge unless they saw a problem that needed remediation. They gave us great information of thing to look out for. Seemed to take pride in their work.

We wanted the bats out of the attic without killing them. They found the entry point and installed a one-way trap which enabled the bats to exit the attic at night but not return. They sealed up all the possible entry points they could find . After a couple weeks they inpected the attic to make sure the bats were gone. We purchased at bat house from them and they put it up on a tree in the yard. We are happy to have them out of the attic but are also happy to see them flying in the yard at dusk feeding on the mosquitos! ( Less bites on us! )

I did it in two parts. Overall, I would give them a B because it was a lag because of them coming out to get their stuff.I was very happy with them.On the price, I think it was fair.

The individual who came to do the work after the assessment was very pleasant and communicative. I have the impression he did a good job (he also released a snake and several frogs he found caught in our window wells, which I appreciate). This was done last week...I can't yet judge the success of the treatments, but I have confidence in Mass Bay Wildlife Management. Alex was very informed and professional, and flexible in meeting our needs. I've hired others for this kind of work who were... well, let's say less than trustworthy. But Alex impresses me as a person with real integrity, and intelligence, and I'm happy to do business with him and his employees.

All work was done in a professional manner with the goal of solving or preventing problems. I would not use anyone else to solve my problems with insects or animals getting into my house!

They came and treated the exterior of the house less than 24 hours from me notifying them. Very responsive and the individual who came to treat the house was professional and answered all of my questions.

The gentleman that helped us was friendly. However, our contract stated that we were to have a termite control system put in and 2 more visits afterward. The termite system was installed. However, no one came back after the system was installed. We received no call from the company if the termites were eating the wood or not. We tried contacting and did not receive any calls back. We also received a quote for bat removal, and wanted it done. He never contacted us about this service. The follow up was horrible- there was none!!!

He will return to check that squirrels have indeed left the house "nest". Especially happy that there is a 12 month guarantee. Alex was very considerate and professional.

We contacted MBWM after we saw some birds around the same area of our roof where they had previously done work to seal and repair damage. They came by a few days later to assess the situation and gave a written report of their findings - their work was holding up fine. They have our highest recommendation.

Alex, aka "wild life" whisperer, knows his profession well and is a man of his word. I hired Alex to remove squirrels and mice from our home. The squirrels were removed successfully and then when we heard noises again, Alex came back to our home and took appropriate action to remedy the situation. As it turned out, the squirrels were gone and the noise was due to some mice that had either never left or returned. Alex and team took care of the situation promptly and humanely. It has been over two months since Alex and team returned; and I am very pleased to note that the critters are gone! I had a woodchuck burrowing close to my septic field and was extremely worried the burrows would damage the system. I knew it would be a difficult trap and was even told by a different local company that the animal would never be caught. Alex caught the woodchuck in 4 days (and that included 2 days of pouring rain when the animal didn't come out of its burrow). Alex was always responsive to my questions and concerns, thoroughly explained the cost, and showed incredible skill and professionalism throughout the whole process. Very well. A termite issue in the garage was uncovered and a prevention plan was put in place, not only for the garage, but also for the house to prevent them from making their way into the home as well. The basement and attic were also inspected, and history of rodents in the attic were uncovered. The access points in the attic were closed off to prevent further access. As a result of this appointment I also signed up for the yearly maintenance plan.
