"This customer is making a false allegation. Oilman has been in communication with this customer for the last 2 weeks about this situation and our position remains. We are not responsible for the repair to his AC unit. I would like to clarify that we did more than replace the heat exchanger, we installed a brand-new warm air furnace. When we completed our install the customer's heat was in full working order. In the days after the customer called a handful of times to report that the unit was running loud. Our technician went back, and we also brought in technicians directly from the manufacturer. They confirmed that the unit was installed correctly and was running as it should. There were no issues after that point until recently when he called about an A/C issue and we could not help him. Oilman, Inc. 508-698-2900"
