Day & Evening Appliance Svc

Two parts ordered one after the other and neither part solved the problem. Techs were unable to repair the washer. Decision made to buy new washer and scrap the broken washer. Service owner only charged me for the initial service call since they were unable to repair the washer.

He came right out and had it up and running in no time

Not bad. Set up was easy. Diagnosed problem but needed to order parts. Waited a couple of days to complete repair. Not a huge issue but the tech got the hot and cold hoses backward when reconnecting. My wife said the laundry was coming out weird for a few days. We checked and felt cold water on a hot cycle and vice versa. No biggie just shows a little inattention to detail. I connected them back the right way myself.

As usual Steve and Jeff were on time.   They have visited us in the past and made repairs to our appliances.  They are very personable and their work is excellence. 

Service was prompt and extremely courteous! The issue was correctly determined within five minutes and promptly repaired. I will absolutely use this service in the future should the need arise!

He quickly identified the problem and fixed the thermal fuse. The speed of service amazed me. I called, his office assistant called me back twice and he was over to the house within an hour. I would recommend them highly.

Great! The lid on my washing machine was stuck in the locked position (with wet laundry in the machine, natch). The person who answered the phone when I called Day & Evening was very helpful and professional. Steve came out the next day, found the problem, and also found a malfunctioning hinge that contributed to the lid locking improperly. Steve ordered the lock mechanism and took the hinge home to try to fix it. He came back on a Saturday (above and beyond) with both parts to fix my machine. It now works beautifully and easily. Steve is a great guy; he loves dogs. And is a most excellent appliance repairman.

Steve is a true professional who has answered our calls for help at all hours for 10 years. He's a skilled repair person, prices every job fairly, and stands by his work. Everyone I know of who has had him fix their appliances raves about him. I would never consider any other repair person.

Steve came and disconnected the old dishwasher the day before delivery of the new one.  He returned the next day to install the new dishwasher and discovered that the new one was damaged and had to be returned.  When the replacement dishwasher was delivered the following week, Steve came right out and installed it.  Outstanding service.  We had used Day and Evening Appliance previously for freezer repair and will continue to use this company for any future appliance repairs.

He was professional.

Steve returned my call the same day I called him and arranged to come by the next day.  Although I had a medical emergency and was not home for the appointment he was completely understanding and we arranged another appointment.  He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and within a few days my machine was humming.  Very positive experience.

Great Job!  I never thought I'd get this issue taken care of completely inside of one day.  Yesterday we heard a noise and smelled smoke.  Emptied out the refrigerator figuring we have a big problem.  Found Day & Evening on Angie's list.  Next morning (today) called him literally at the crack of dawn. Got his machine and left a message, and  he promptly called me back.   I gave him all the details and he agreed to come same day.  He arrived right when he said he would.  Checked out the fridge and quickly found the problem.  Changed out the part (had one with him) and we were in business.  I highly recommend Day & Evening Appliance Service and I'm sure we'll be calling again.

Steve called me the morning after I wrote to him on Angie's list. We ade an appointment for a specific day between 4 & 6. At 4:00  my phone rang saying he was on the way, 10 minutes later he was there, and 1/2 hour later it was fixed and he was on is way. I would definately use him again.

stove still needs one burner fixed but that was expected.Dryer perfect
