Jeff does a great job on our lawn! He also gave us some great advice for the Springtime. There was only ONE TIME that he was delayed one day (due to a completely understandable repair needed) and he called us to let us know he would be delayed a day. Sure enough, the next day he was at our house taking care of our lawn. He's just an overall nice, hardworking, and trustworthy guy. We will hire him again next year!!!

Jeff did a fantastic job. He showed up on time, did excellent work, and cleaned everything up nice and neat when completed. Everything you hope for out of a contractor but rarely get. It's rare these days that someone exceeds your expectations but I'm happy to say South Coast Property Management did just that. Thanks for the great work, would definitely hire again.

Very pleased with the experience. Needed an overhaul of our garage door that was long overdo. Found we needed a new spring, rollers and general upkeep. Jeff was very prompt, explained what was needed and then ordered the parts and came as soon as they were in. Glad it was a "painless" experience and would hire Jeff again. Pricing seemed very reasonable. Will also recommend South Coast Striping to friends.
