B BK appliances responded promptly, came out in the late afternoon, diagnosed the problem, and came back the next day to check another issue. He then told us he would try to get the parts and call us regarding parts. That he did. I would highly recommend this gentleman. He appeared knowledgable, was polite, answered questions and gave a general impression of helping us. k

I only give a three star for now because I need to give the dryer some time to determine whether the job was done in a professional manner. However, I can say that he followed up on his word... and because I have never experienced this problem before, I can not comment on his fee.

He was very prompt, courteous and professional. My refrigerator was repaired by 3:30 and we did not lose any food. And I was given an appointment not a "window" for them to come. Sears appliance repair was sending someone on Monday and would be here between 8-5!! That was the best they could offer. Thank you for your service.

Bernard was on time and worked very hard at fixing the washer. It appeared at first that I may have to replace the washer which is only 5 years old but he was creative in fixing the problem. I am very pleased with this service.

I received a call from BK almost as soon as I submitted the request. The appointment was originally scheduled for Friday at 3, but after waiting half an hour I finally got a call at 3:30 from the technician saying that he was held up at another appointment, and he wanted to reschedule. I rescheduled for Saturday at 10:00, and the technician did not show up until 10:30, citing that he got lost (my address is not hard to find). He did an adequate job of repairing the latch on my dryer door by using the extra latch that was built into the door, but put the hinges on incorrectly so I had to basically fix the door again myself.

"We apologize for any inconvenience for rescheduling and being late, sometimes our window time overruns us due to road or other appointments. We thought we were fair on your case we worked on your both appliances for two and a half hour and tried to save you on expensive part and later charged you a flat rate regardless of hours. If you still have a problem with what we serviced we would be glad to come and try to solve the problem. Our goal is satisfaction per our previous customers. We look forward to solve your problem."

Bernard was extemely professional and prompt - he called me back within 5 minutes and came to my house the same day (Saturday) which was most appreciated! Bernard was prompt in calling me to schedule a same day appointment. Per my request he called 30 minutes in advance to confirm a time which was within the original time frame. Bernard did a thorough assessment and figured out the problem. He ordered the part needed and came back the next day, which happened to be Friday, at 5:00 p.m. to install the part. His rates were reasonable and he was professional. I would hire him again.
