showed them the partIn the end it went well, with the manager stepping in. I dropped the car off for the tire rotation. When I returned they informed me I was missing the necessary key to unlock the tires. I called the dealer who insisted it must be in the car and told me where to look. I found it immediately. I went back and showed them the part, in the compartment it should've been in. There was something in front of it they hadn't thought to move. The manager authorized the job to be done the next day while still earning my double points meant only for Tuesdays.
