Window Service
Harry (the father) came out and I was very pleased with my original experiences. We were very happy and I even recommended the company to several people. About 1 year ago, I called the company (now run by his son) because moisture is coming into a window creating a fog. I called him and he made me believe that the new window was ordered. I also mentioned that one small window has a crack that concerns me. When I didn't hear from him, I called and he told me it hadn't come in yet. I have called several times and even sent a letter through certified mail, receipt requested, but he will not respond to me. I just want what is right, which is to replace the window as was promised.
