Peter's Master Floors

Peter is very professional and meticulous. I am very happy with the outcome . My floors are beautiful and I’ve received many compliments!

After accessing the job, we agreed on a quote and gave half down. After they installed the wood flooring he tried to charge us more money. We refused since we had already agreed upon a quote. After he sanded the floor he was to apply 3 coats of poly, only provided 2, while the price included three. He never returned to apply the last coat of poly. When we called a week later for some foll ow up areas, he followed with an email that said he was not going to return. Now 9 months later I have 6 boards popping up. When we reached out to him he yelled and hung up on me unless we pay him more money. I reminded him that he guaranteed his work, but has refused to come back, and he told me to stop bothering him.

They did a nice job at a reasonable price.  There were a couple of spots that I think deserved more attention.

They came on time and were very fast.  On day one, they came in at around 8:00am in the morning and they were done by around 1:00pm.  After one day of drying, the following day, they came in at around 10:00am and they were done by 1:00pm.  Excellent workmanship.The best part was, Peter's work on the railing.  When the floor was re-finished, the railing started to look ugly.  I asked him what should I do.  He measured them and told me to go to Home Depot to buy the railing and he will install them and put the clear coat for FREE!  After I did that, the molding underneath the flat piece on the railing looked ugly too.  During his second visit, he himself bought the molding from Home Depot on his way, installed it and he didn't charge for the material or labor!!  Thank you.

Overall, excellent workmanship, very professional, very competitive pricing and very fast.  I would happily recommend him to anybody.

Peter was highly recommended by a friend. He came to see the project in the evening and got us a written quote which was the most competetive a few days later. When we asked him to do the work, he delivered the wood flooring the very next day. He always answered his phone and addressed every detail we inquired about. He found us a superb subcontractor to address some other issues we needed to address. He was a pleasure to work with. His crew was neat and friendly.

Great! We gave Peter the green light on a Wednesday. That Friday the carpets were removed and the wood was delivered. The installation began that Sunday with a crew. His team took tremendous pride in their work. They worked very hard from the early morning to late night. A series of coats were applied over a week's time. We were thrilled with his work!
