Scott (owner) was the first to respond. He also provided the best price estimate. And he was the fastest to get the work done. I brought his name up to the owner of a regional lawn sprinkler installation company and that owner said, "Scott knows more about wells and water than anyone in the region. He's the best." I agree. I will definitely hire this group for future jobs related to wells and plumbing.

Jonathan was the first to respond and I had NOT intended to go through HomeAdvisor/Angi. I had contacted a local pump and well company because of a leak in the supply line from the wall to the expansion tank. I did not regard this as an urgent or emergency repair. Unfortunately, the local company does not do this kind of work and they took my information and farmed it out to HomeAdvisor/Angi. Which I was not happy about. But, fortunately, Jonathan contacted me right away and (also fortunately) I happened to take the call. He then explained who he was and where he worked and why he'd called and told me I would most likely be inundated with calls. I explained the situation and he said that was exactly the sort of work he does and he scheduled an appointment for the following day. And then the proverbial 'stuff' hit the fan: I started getting calls left and right and I had to explain I'd already engaged someone and many of the callers wanted to know who it was and why I chose them - all of which was not welcome. Regardless, several hours after speaking with Johnathan the water in the house went totally off. So, now the problem as originally described had changed. I contacted Jonathan. He told me to send pictures and try some things. I did. No change. But he did come earlier than he'd originally wanted to schedule me in and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed EVERYTHING that had caused the leak and the water going off. It was more expensive than I had originally hoped, but that's because the scope of the problem was much larger than I'd originally anticipated and desribed. But Jonathan had all the necessary parts and tools to effect the needed repairs and was thoroughly professional, fast, and did a quality job. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat and he was well worth the extra money spent.

Super responsive to emergency. I had a pinhole in the pipe coming out from the well tank during the weekend. NE well & pump guys came over early on Monday morning and swapped out the old tank with a new one (I did it per their recommendation as the tank was getting fairly old). They were very professional and patient with my dumb question. It was a pleasant customer experience out of a bad situation. Will definitely use them again!
