They did a good job. He is local. He is very personable. Very nice to talk to. Very accomodating. I do go up and check a day or so after he had done the work. There was something that he had not done that I wanted done, there were two things. I just called him on the phone and said look I think you should have done this. If fact, he actually broached the one subject and I was surprised that it hadn't been done. So, I called him and said how come you did not do that. He said, I guess my guys did not go that and they should have. We said we will go up there right away and take care of it. And they did. They next morning I checked on it and it was done. A very beautiful job. The other thing I was not too happy with, it just had not been done according to the way I wanted it done. So he fixed that. He was very prompt. The same day that I called him. I just thought he did a nice job. I did not have to wait long. I phoned him and a few days later he wanted to come. I put it off til the next week. I was just very satisfied. This was the first time I had had him. I don't usually have a landscaper. This worked out very well. I don't normally have a landscaper. I thought the price was a little high but i did not argue with him because I just don't know. He had three people working for him and had to go out and get something. There was something else that I found out, he is a small time contractor too so he was able to fix something with the gutters while he was there when I asked him about it. So, he had to go and make a extra trip to get stuff for that. I just thought he was very accommodating. He gave me the name of someone who might be able to help with an extermination problem. He knows people that paint and could refer me to them. He seems like he was a good person to know. I felt the price was reasonable. It was agreeable between both of us. I would use them again and I would recommend him to people too.
