Tendai (Tee) called within hours of the posting, arrived on time for our appointment and started the work that day. He did an 3 outlet installations in the attic and finished the work on following morning after the plastering work he had to do was dry. He was pleasant. knowledge and did a wonderful job in 50+ year old plastering.

Tendai was very quick to get in touch and was available to come around the next morning to give a quote. It was a reasonable price and he was able to go and get everything he needed to come back and do that job in the afternoon. All was done with no fuss and exactly how we wanted it done. He fitted five light fixtures around our basement, with 2 way switches at the entrance and exit doors - all cabling was stowed neatly. He cleaned up and was done in good time!

The quality of work that Tendai di was great. He had given us a fair price to update all the outlets in the home we just purchased. Tee replied very quickly to our request for an estimate (fair price for work provided). He was personable, prompt, neat, and worked quickly and professionably. He even returned quickly when called about a problem with the vent plug (manufacturer's problem). He repaired the plug with no additional charge to us. I would highly recommend Tee.

Tendai was a terrific find. We were days away from having a baby and desperately wanting someone to help finish the nursery as well as a few other jobs around the house. He came over immediately and took care of all of them swiftly and deftly. Best of all was his "can do" attitude which encouraged us to have him help with a few other more complicated tasks we were initially waiting on until we saw his work. Good and prompt communication, fixed the problem I hired him for in short order and even cleaned up a few wires that were not supposed to be there in my basement after I had already paid him and he was getting ready to leave. He totally did that out of the goodness of his heart.
