Prompt and courteous. Everything I asked for was done to perfection and beyond. When I asked for suggestions, different options were presented without being pushy. Because I was so pleased with his overall work and performance, I ended up having more projects tackled than I originally planned. Quality of work is outstanding.

I am extremely happy with the work Alex did on my kitchen (cabinet and countertop replacement). The light maple wood cabinet color is a nice contrast with the dark granite countertop and the job took 1 1/2 days to complete. Alex always arrived on time, did a top notch, high quality job and the finished kitchen looks great. I highly recommend Alex and Ideal Home Improvement.

just hired this pro and waiting for my cabinets to come and refacing to be done. the rating is based just on the promptness and customer service and coverage - very prompt, very pleasant to work with, so far, and provide a blanket project performance - start to finish incld repairs, etc, so we dont have to be nickeled and dimed for itemised stuff. so far so good - will update after the real work completes.

Very easy to work with. Everything went on schedule and installation was rapid and clean. Just replaced doors and drawer fronts, so work not excessive. Put on new hinges as well.

So far, the experience has been very good. The job is complete and the cabinets are outstanding. He was able to accomodate all my requests. He did a fabulous job and we couldn't be happier. He even came back to fulfill another request for a minimal amount of money. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and have done so.

Alex has not started the project yet, but he was very professional and thorough in his preparation and very meticulous in his measurement and questions to us. He will begin the job in the middle of August so I will report again upon completion. So far so good.
