General contractor that specializes in all aspects of finer carpentry from frame to finish. I,Patrick Ryan has been in the construction business for 27 years, many of which were spent building and selling luxury homes in Newton, Ma. In Florida, our business is more geared towards project management , skilled woodworking , major renovations, etc. I operate as a single entity with a network of sub contractors available for larger that have the same ideals as myself, quality has to come first . It is very important to me that I can reflect back on a days' work and know that I did my very best to provide excellent and honest service to my clients'. It is more than about building homes, building good relationships is just as important.

Handy man, mechanical specific ( I.e. plumbing, electrical, hvac , alarms,etc) when they are not part of the scope of an integrated project.
