Appliance Repair
Decided, after 2 visits, we needed a new stove, as parts were no longer available. Then charged for labor on both visits, for a total of $285.93. They did almost nothing, couldn't fix it, and spent a total of 10 min. to assess it. I will never buy GE or use GE service again, they obviously don't care about customer service. They are too big to NOT fail.

GE responded quickly to my call. The repair was complex but the tech performed the work and I was not over charged. I am extremely pleased with GE.

It would work for only 10 seconds and then it would stop. There was a fuse that needed to be replaced. They did a great job. The unit was under warranty, so we didn't have to pay them. We made the appointment last night at 11.30 via email. They gave us an 8 to 12 window. The phone rang at 10 o'clock this morning and they said they would be here at the next appointment. The guy was here 20 minutes later. He was in the house for only 15 minutes. He fixed the problem and packed up and went home.
