gave me a free loaner I was due for my annual inspection and I knew I needed tires so I asked for a quote and they gave me a very competitive price on 4 Master craft tires for my 2002 Mercedes C320. I dropped the car off and they gave me a free loaner came back 3 hours later my tires were installed, Oil change and State inspection done. I like the convenience of this place and the professionalism. of the staff.

Everything was great they are always professional and willing to answer any questions I have. They always provide the best service making sure it's fixed fast and done right. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my car worked on. I highly recommend you bring your own car here the next time your having a problem. I went to Minuteman Automotive in Concord because my front brakes were grinding and my car was hard to control on the highway. I picked Minuteman Automotive because a friend recommend it. I went there on my day off (Saturday) The staff there were very helpful Keith the mechanic checked the car and recommended servicing the front brakes and the front end. Keith replaced a sway bar and two links and also replaced the Front Pads and Rotors.  I got quick hones professional service at a reasonable price. I will go there for my car service from now on. I love this place.

I had my car's oil changed recently at Minuteman Automotive in West Concord.  The price was very good.  They pointed out that I needed new tires, which I knew.  I said I was getting them later that week.  They asked what I was buying and what I would be paying for them.  I told him Continental PureContact and a few minutes later he came back with pricing for two different tires, saying that the Pure Contact that I was planning to buy had been having blow-outs and had been pulled from the market.  He also told me that my rear brakes were in serious need of replacement (which they'd be happy to do for $350).   I was skeptical since I had recently had my regular mechanic look at my rear brakes and he told me they were fine.
That made me wonder about the  story about the Pure Contact tires.  So I checked with two tire stores, with Continental and searched on the internet, but found nothing about that particular tire being discontinued or having any unusual problems.  So I went ahead with my plan.  When I was getting my tires installed at the place I had originally chosen, I asked them to look at my rear brakes.   They not only told me they were OK but let me look at the pads and showed me how very much thickness they still had.
Minuteman Automotive in West Concord was very unethical in their misleading "information" about the tires and my brakes.  They may be OK for oil changes, but be wary of any advice they give you.

I am so happy to have finally found a mechanic I can trust! As a single woman who knows nothing about cars, I have been ripped off many times, told I needed work I didn't need, overcharged, etc. It got to the point where I didn't want to take my car anywhere! As soon as I met Keith and talked to him, I felt at ease and in good hands. I have had my Toyota Corolla for several years now and never done anything except oil changes. I missed the 30,000 mile servicing, which I know is important, but I didn't know where to take it. I am so glad I found Minuteman in West Concord! Keith explained things to me (patiently and not in a condescending way) and did some necessary work (including much-needed work on brakes!). He was polite and professional and obviously knowledgable. He checked everything over and I feel a lot safer now. And I swear my car is peppier now! Keith also worked on my daughter's car and she was very pleased with them. This was my first visit to this company. I have a 2004 Volvo V70 with 127,000 miles. I had always gone to the dealership (128 Volvo) for maintenance and repairs. After complaining for about a year about a cracking sound (which they said they couldn't hear), I was told that my mounts and struts needed replacement at the cost of over $2000. Couldn't afford that. So I went to Minuteman Auto and spoke to Keith, who gave me a most reasonable estimate of $1100. for the same work. He also said my brake pads needed replacement. I was perplexed since I had the brake pads replaced by 128 Volvo 2 years before (I do not and quot;rideand quot; the brakes). Keith showed me the pads which were indeed worn down and he explained and showed me the difference between the worn pads (cheapest available) and what he would install (the best). Mind you, 128 Volvo had never mentioned that my pads were worn. I was so impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and quality of the work and cost, not to speak of the honesty that Minuteman auto and Keith will now be the caretakers of my beloved Volvo! I was also given a loaner car which was most appreciated.
